Cara of Scimitar Moon Belly Dance Centre joins Movimiento director Bernadette for a special five-week series of classes destined to end the desperate cry of WHY CAN’T I DO A BODYROLL?
Cara will focus on body awareness, specific isolations and musicality, and Bernadette will show you how to apply your confidence and fluidity to spice up your street latin dancing…
The greatest benefit can be achieved by attending all five classes and practising the exercises at home. Walk-ins are accepted each week IF there are places still available. Book your place at Movimiento this week, or call Bernadette. Women and Men attend separately first week only, all classes are co-ed in subsequent weeks and will be followed by a free half-hour of social dancing for class participants.
